Задачами работы являются исследование теоретических аспектов инновационных технологий, произвести анализ и сформировать направления управленческой деятельности ресторана «Kellers Holz Gastro Family», а также предложить методы оптимизации с целью повышения эффективности функционирования предприятия. en_US
dc.description.abstract Scopurile principale ale acestei lucrări sunt analiza sectorului HoReCa pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova, precum și analiza echipamentelor inovatoare și furnizorilor majori. Obiectivele lucrării sunt de a studia aspectele teoretice ale tehnologiilor inovatoare, de a analiza și de a forma direcția activităților de management ale restaurantului „Kellers Holz Gastro Family”, precum și de a propune metode de optimizare în vederea creșterii eficienței afacere. en_US
dc.description.abstract The main purposes of this work are the analysis of the HoReCa sector on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, as well as the consideration of innovative equipment and major suppliers. The objectives of the research are to study the theoretical aspects of innovative equipment, to analyze and form the specific directions of management of the restaurant "Kellers Holz Gastro Family", as well as to propose optimization methods in order to increase the efficiency of the enterprise. en_US
