Abstract

Teza de master întitulată Analiza activității de management în cadrul cafenelei Rozmarin, mun Chișinău este o lucrare de sinteză ce conține 6 capitole expuse pe 69 pagini. S-a cercetat piața serviciilor de alimentație publică din Republica Moldova și s-a constatat că acesta este în continuă creștere, având o pondere considerabilă în sfera serviciilor din RM. Din totalitatea tipologiilor de unități de alimentație publică cafenelele și buftele ocupă cel mai mare segment al pieței cu 32 și respectiv 20%

The master's thesis entitled Analysis of the management activity within the Rozmarin cafe, Chisinau is a synthesis work containing 6 chapters exposed on 69 pages. The market of public catering services in the Republic of Moldova was researched and it was found that it is constantly growing, having a considerable share in the field of services in the Republic of Moldova. Of all the typologies of public catering units, cafes and buffets occupy the largest segment of the market with 32 and 20%, respectively.
