Improving the practices for analysis of energy consumption in the buildings sector of Chisinau municipality by implementing a system of indicators for measuring and monitoring the energy performance

Abstract

The quality and the effectiveness of energy conservation measures depend on the quality of analyzes and calculations that argue the necessity and the effectiveness of energy conservation measures. In this paper we will analyze the consumption of energy in three largest types of buildings, residential (housing), education and health which have the largest share in the stock buildings of Chisinau Municipality, representing the mostly technical situation and the management for similar other types. In this paper will be presented only a part of results which show more interest is depending on the type of buildings. Based on results will be proposed a system of indicators for use in the analysis by the responsible institutions subordinated to the Chisinau City Hall.
