Transport Manager as thinking position in achieving organizational results

Abstract

The team is formed and structured in accordance with the level of thinking of the team members. The Transport Manager reflects on the thinking of others, especially on his own thinking, simultaneously, forecasting, planning, organizing and influencing team member’s way of thinking, speaking and behaviour. A team cannot exist without reflection fulfilled by Manager. This article is an attempt to explore the team in terms of thinking and reflection.
