dc.description.abstract Teaching technical subjects is complex, requiring a blend of expertise and pedagogy. The challenges encompass the existence of experienced educators who are deficient in pedagogy training, juxtaposed with pedagogy graduates who exhibit a dearth of technical knowledge. Mismatched skills between teachers and universities compound this. Solutions include professional development, training, mentorship, interdisciplinary teams, teaching support, evaluation, institutional backing, communication and community engagement. Implementing these fosters an effective learning environment, supporting educators to meet modern education's challenges. en_US
