dc.description.abstract | As a result of the investigation of the impact of soil contamination of the typical low-humus chernozem soil with polyethylene (LDPE, 1-5 g / kg) it was established that the amount of 5 g / kg is toxic both for the growth and development of the soybean and for the formation of rhizobio-bacterial apparatus in the soil. Also, bacterization of soybeans with microbial preparation based on nitrogen-fixing symbiotrophic bacteria Rhizobium japonicum RD2 contributed to the development of tolerance of the soybean to the toxic action of LDPE - after all plant development parameters and the number of root nodules no statistically significant differences were observed. compared to the control variant with bacterization and without introducing LDPE into the soil. As a result, the possibility of using the soybean in phytoremediation technologies of land contaminated with plastic waste was highlighted, as well as the importance of further research in order to practically implement the revealed potential. | en_US |
