dc.description.abstract The effect of the heterometallic coordination compounds of Ba(II), Sr(II), Ca(II) with Co(II) and polydentate ligand on the synthesis of proteases in the micromycete Fusarium gibbosum CNMN FD 12 was evaluated. Based on the research results, it was found that the heterometallic coordination compounds of Ba(II) and Sr(II) with Co(II), as well as the ligand 2,6-dicarbonylpyridine dichloride are of interest as potential stimulators of alkaline proteases in the micromycete Fusarium gibbosum CNMN FD 12. The heterometallic coordination compound of Ba(II) with Co(II) - [Ba(L)3-μ-(NCS)2-Co(NCS)2] in concentration of 5 and 10 mg/l, ensures the increasing of the alkaline proteases activity on the 4th day of cultivation by 25.7 and 35.8% compared to the control from the same day or by 6.2% and 14.7% compared to the control from the 5th day (the maximum of the control variant). In the case of the heterometallic coordination compound of Sr(II) with Co(II) the activity of alkaline proteases on the 5th day of cultivation was higher than in the control by 83.7% (5 mg/l); 62.8% (10 mg/l) and 44.2% (15 mg/l). en_US
