Comerţul – formă a schimbului şi ramură a economiei naţionale

Abstract

In theory and practice economy the commerce has a double acceptence: characteristics of economic category and the branch of national economy, it refers to the specialized activity, professional for exchanging of some economic agencies, individuals and officials. Etymologically, the term of commerce is taken from Latin, from the word “commercium”, as the meaning of exchange of the (commercium annonae = commerce of serializes), or with somebody (commereium civis - relations with citezens).
