dc.description.abstract În condiţiile secolului XXI, unde numarul populaţiei se mareşte, rolul industriei alimentare în economiile diferitor state devine tot mai proeminent. Aşa cum alimentaţia reprezinta necesitatea fiziologica fundamentala, obiectivul primordial al oricarei ţari reprezinta asigurarea disponibilitaţii şi calitaţii produselor alimentare. În epoca globalizarii alimentare, se atesta apariţia noilor produse alimentare, reţete culinare, tehnologiilor şi a proceselor de preparare. Dezvoltarea accelerata a industriei alimentare implica inevitabil evoluarea terminologiei limbajului alimentar specializat, ce prezenta un interes particular atât pentru specialişti din domeniu, cât şi pentru traducatori, lingvişti, sociologi, terminologi, dar şi pentru utilizatori ordinari, a carui o noua accepţie lingvistica este condiţionata de necesitaţile timpului. Odata cu apariţia a noi documente, apare necesitatea traducerii acestora. Acestea se disting prin importanţa sa, dar şi prin complexitatea, întrucât necesita nu doar competenţe lingvistice şi culturale, dar şi cunoştinţe aprofundate în domeniu. Astfel, în articolul de faţa ne propunem drept obiectiv identificarea tipurilor de documente specializate din domeniul industriei alimentare; elucidarea particularitaţilor traducerii acestora, care prezinta interes atât la nivel intralingual, cât şi extralingual; precum şi importanţa şi dificultaţile unei traduceri specializate. en_US
dc.description.abstract Au XXIe siècle, où la population augmente, le rôle de l’industrie alimentaire dans les économies des différents États devient plus important. Tout comme la nourriture est un besoin physiologique fondamental, l’objectif premier de tout pays est d’assurer la disponibilité et la qualité de la nourriture. À l’ère de la mondialisation des aliments, il existe des preuves de l’émergence de nouveaux aliments, recettes, technologies et processus de préparation. Le développement accéléré de l’industrie alimentaire implique inévitablement l’évolution de la terminologie spécialisée du langage alimentaire, qui intéresse particulièrement les specialists du domaine, ainsi que les traducteurs, linguistes, sociologues, terminologues, mais aussi les utilisateurs ordinaires, dont la nouvelle signification linguistique est conditionnée par les besoins du temps. Avec l’arrivée de nouveaux documents, il est nécessaire de les traduire. Ils se distinguent par leur importance, mais aussi par leur complexité, car ils nécessitent non seulement des compétences linguistiques et culturelles, mais également des connaissances approfondies dans le domaine. Ainsi, dans cet article, nous visons à identifier les types de documents spécialisés dans le domaine de l’industrie alimentaire; à élucider des particularités de leur traduction, qui présentent un intérêt à la fois au niveau intralingue et extralingue, ainsi que l’importance et les difficultés d’une traduction spécialisée. en_US
dc.description.abstract Under the conditions of the 21st century, where the population is growing, the role of the food industry in the economies of different countries is becoming more and more prominent. Just as nutrition is the fundamental physiological necessity, the primary objective of any country is to ensure the availability and quality of food. In the age of food globalization, the emergence of new foods, culinary recipes, technologies, and cooking processes. The accelerated development of the food industry inevitably implies the evolution of specialized food language terminology, which is of particular interest to both specialists in the field and translators, linguists, sociologists, terminologists, but also to ordinary users, whose new linguistic acceptance is conditioned by the needs of time. With the advent of new documents, there is a need to translate them. They are distinguished by their importance and complexity, as they require not only language and cultural skills, but also indepth knowledge of the field. Thus, in this article we aim to identify the types of specialized documents in the field of food industry; elucidation of the particularities of their translation, which are of interest both at the intra-lingual and extra-lingual level; as well as the importance and the difficulties of such translation. en_US
