dc.description.abstract We present a study of the Shubnikov de Haas (SdH) oscillations, transport and thermoelectrical properties of the bismuth wires doped with Te in glass cover in condition strong elastic deformations at 4.2- 300 K. The effect of elastic tension up to 1.5-2 percent along the wire axes (≈ along bisectrix axis) on the Fermy surface of Bi-0.1at%Te wire was investigated. en_US
