dc.description.abstract	The possibilities of the wastes recycling resulted from chemical water treatment for thermal power station are considered. It is offered the technology of mineral powder reception from them. There are presented the properties of a mineral powder from this waste, properties of varnish materials and coverings based on epoxid pitch ЭД–20 with its use as a filling material.	en_US
