dc.description.abstract In the specialty literature, there are debates concerning the matrimonial regime of goods designed to practice the profession. Some doctrinaires consider that the items related to the practice of the profession by the spouses are their own goods, while others argue that goods should be included in the category of common goods. In this study, we will analyze the legal frame and doctrinal opinions expressed in the national and foreign specialty literature, we will present own opinions and arguments at the announced topic. en_US
