Abstract

Any marriage produces various patrimonial relations between spouses. In this article we will look into aspects referring to categories of spouses’ patrimonial rights and obligations governing relations within marriage, as well as in case of its termination. Even though they derive from spouses’ personal relations, which may not be object of contractual matrimonial regime in the Republic of Moldova, spouses’ patrimonial rights and obligations have a major importance when setting the content of contractual matrimonial regime.
