dc.description.abstract Any human activity produces certain expected or unexpected outcomes, whether positive or negative. Depending on the nature of the activity, the occurrence of the results / effects may range from immediate, short-term, medium or long-term. In this context, it is concluded that most of the activities are specifically designed to produce the desired positive effects. Thus, the professional development of the public administration staff aims to strengthen the professional skills of civil servants for the provision of quality public services to society. An impact analysis should be the tool that permits measuring of the achievement of proposed goal. en_US
