Climatul investiţional în Republica Moldova

Abstract

Este bine ştiut faptul că fluxurile de investiţii străine directe (ISD) joacă un rol din ce în ce mai important în economia contemporană. Acestea, alături de capitalul autohton, participă direct la procesul de dezvoltare a economiilor naţionale şi contribuie considerabil la sporirea competitivităţii acestor eco-nomii. ISD-urile constituie unul din factorii de bază, care contribuie la creşterea nivelului producţiei in-dustriale şi a celei prelucrătoare în particular, însă performanţele ţării, până acum, în atragerea unor fluxuri cât de cât importante de ISD-uri au fost mai mult decât modeste. Existenţa unui impact pozitiv al investiţiilor străine directe asupra dezvoltării indus-triale şi creşterii competitivităţii ţărilor receptoare este pe deplin recunoscută.

It is well known that foreign direct investments (FDI) flows play an increasingly important role in today’s economy. FDI and the domestic resources are directly involved in the development of the national economies and contribute significantly to the enhan-cement of their competitiveness. FDI is one of the main factors which contribute to the raise of the industrial production level, and of the processing industry par-ticularly, but, so far, the country performance in attracting important flows of FDI were more than modest. The positive impact of foreign direct investments on the industrial development and enhancement of competitiveness of the receiving countries is fully recognized.
