Reproiectarea managerială la nivel macro în industria uşoară din Republica Moldova

Abstract

Mention should be made that competitiveness enhancement in light industry will not be achieved without the efficient management on the micro level. To follow on this, the given paper demonstrates the necessity of the adjustment of the existing managerial scheme in light industry in Moldova. The article also touches upon the need for creation of the new type of collaboration between local companies based on cluster. The case study of the effective collaboration of the kind is provided to illustrate the importance of the latter for Moldovan textile industry.
