Coachig sau mentorat educaţional în sistemul superior de învăţământ

Abstract

In the educational system is mentioned one fact, that professional success and high educational performance depends on several factors and one of them, with a big impact from students potential at the beginning of the career is mentoring. The second factor I consider with some effort could be the coaching. It knows from economy the process of coaching has a big impact in the evolution of a company, in carrier and human resource development. If in economy the concept working the more so as it coming from management, psychology and some personal development techniques why could not be the same in the educattional system. In this article are presented notions of mentoring and coaching and some relationship between them through the complex process of academic education.
