dc.description.abstract	In this article has been analyzed the soft skill – confidence, the importance and also the impact of this skill on people’s life from a student’s perspective. The main research is based on studies made by scientists in different areas, such as psychology, economy, finance and medicine. It also covers some methods and technics on how to develop and practice this skill on a daily basis. In order to make it more objective, the article also presents exceptionally important information about the negative side of self-confidence and how it can affect specific persons.	en_US
