Abstract:
Based on the concept of Quality of Life (СV) as socio-economic category, the authors propose a new methodology for assessing and increased CV, which provides for the multifaceted socio-economic indicators in the evaluation. With complex and dynamic, fully assessing and monitoring quality of life is proposed selection technique socio-economic indicators in terms of causal links, depending on the interconnection of these indicators with the realization of human needs, according to the scale by A. Maslow hierarchy of needs. The authors have developed methodology for the classification of socio-economic indicators of the national economy based on human needs and human development indicators assessment used by the United Nations Global Development Annual Reports. The technique used hybrid Petri nets, the authors fail to assess the CV index for Moldova and to prove the relevance of the methodology developed at national level through its comparability with human development indicators, UNDP annual report.
