Conductivitatea electrică dinamică în cristale cvasiunidimensionale de iodură de tetratiotetracenă

Abstract

The dynamic electrical conductivity ơ has been calculated at room temperature in quasi-onedimensional organic crystals of tetrathiotetracene–iodide (TTT2I3) as a function of radiation frequency v in the interval from 0.5x10 Hz to 5x10 Hz. In this interval the electronic transitions do not take place and the lattice absorption is still weak. Two the most important interactions of carriers with acoustic phonons and the carriers scattering on impurities are taken into account. Calculations are made for different impurity concentrations and different contribution of each electron-phonon interaction. The dependences of ơ on radiation frequency v and crystal parameters are analyzed and the possibility to determine some physical parameters from experimental measurements of ơ on v is demonstrated.
