Abstract

The investigations were made during the period of 2008-2009 years in the fruit nursery of the company „Codru-ST” , which is situated in the central zone of the Republic of Moldova. As objects for study served the apple tree varieties: Idared and Gala Must that were bench grafted on the rootstocks MM 106, M 7, M 26, 62-396 and M 9. The distance of plantation was 90x35 cm. On the basis of the researches made it was established that the bioconstructive parameters of the apple trees in the first field of the fruit nursery have registered values that are corresponding to first category of quality, according to the current standards depending on: hight, trunk diameter, number of branches, and also their average lenght.
