dc.description.abstract Domeniul de cercetare il constituie folosirea celor 2 mecanisme de ameliorare a durerii: teoria portii durerii si teoria eliberarii endorfine, care prin stimularea electrica transcutanata contribuie la reducerea semnificativa a durerii acute sau cronice. Scopul lucrării consta in elaborarea unui dispozitiv de stimulare electrica portabil care ar putea reduce durerea cronica si durerea acuta prin activarea celor 2 mecanisme de amelionare a durerii. Metodologia cercetării științifice se bazeaza pe analiza pietii dispozitivelor de stimulare in RM, gasirea neajunsurilor dispozitivelor concrete, analiza metodelor de ameliorare a durerii, proiectarea unui dispozitiv de stimulare electrica portabil nou. Noutatea și originalitatea este elaborarea unui nou dispozitiv portabil de stimulare electrica care ar permite pacientului sa nu fie imobilizat in timpul procedurii, ar putea fi accesibil de orice utilizator fara prescriptie medicale si ar putea reduce semnificativ durerea cronica sau acuta prin activarea celor 2 mecanisme de ameliorarea a durerii: teoria portii durerii si teoria eliberarii endorfine. Semnificația teoretică a lucrarii consta in analiza metodelor de ameliorare a durerii si elaborarea unui dispozitiv portabil care ar activa aceste metode prin stimulare electrica. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării: aparitia pe piata dispozitivelor medicale de stimulare a RM a unui dispozitiv portabil nou care ar putea fi accesibil de orice utilizator fara prescriptie medicala si ar avea o contributie semnificativa in reducerea durerii cronice si acute prin activarea celor 2 mecanisme de amelionare a durerii. en_US
dc.description.abstract The field of research: it is determined in use of the two pain relieving mechanisms: pain portion theory and endorphin release theory, which by transcutaneous electrical stimulation contributes to the significant reduction of acute or chronic pain. The scope: consists of developing a portable electric stimulation device that could reduce chronic pain and acute pain by activating the two pain relieving mechanisms. Research methodology is based on analysis of the market of stimulating devices in the Republic of Moldova, finding the deficiency of concrete devices, analyzing the methods of pain relief, engineering a new portable electric stimulation device. Novelty and originality is the development of a new portable electrical stimulation device that would allow the patient not to be immobilized during the procedure, could be accessible to any user without prescription and could significantly reduce chronic or acute pain by activating the two pain relieving mechanisms: pain portion and endorphin release theories. The theoretical significance of this work consists in the analysis of methods of pain alleviation and the elaboration of a portable device that would activate these methods with help of electric stimulation. The theoretical significance the appearance of a new portable device on the market of medical devices in Republic of Moldova, that could be accessible to anyone without medical prescription and would make a significant contribution to reduce chronic and acute pain by activating the two pain relieving mechanisms. en_US
