Evidenţa şi monitorizarea dispozitivelor medicale în sistemul de sănătate

Abstract

Domeniul de cercetare îl constituie aspectele teoretice şi practice ale modelării şi verificării funcţionale a sistemului informaţional de management al dispozitivelor medicale. Scopul lucrării constă în elaborare și implementarea sistemului informațional de management al dispozitivelor medicale și justificarea semnificativă a acestuia pentru utilizatorii dispozitivelor medicale în cadrul instituţiilor medico sanitare publice, analiza rezultatelor şi progreselor obţinute. Metodologia cercetrii ştiinifice se bazează pe arhitectura sistemelor informaționale existente, regulamente şi standarde, ghiduri de implementare a tehnologiilor medicale, proiecte informaționale şi pe analize, statistici, rapoarte. Analiza inventarierii dispozitivelor medicale precum şi în efectuarea statisticii privind evidenţa şi monitorizarea dispozitivelor medicale în sistemul de sănătate. Noutatea şi originalitatea astăzi, instituţiile medico sanitare publice se confruntă cu multe probleme, dintre care o mare parte sunt legate de dispozitivele medicale utilizate. Varietatea dispozitivelor existente necesită o calificare înaltă a personalului de utilizare și a inginerilor calificați în mentenanță. Atât primii cât și ultimii necesită a fi antrenați intensiv pentru utilizarea eficientă a dispozitivelor medicale în instituţiile medico sanitare publice. Semnificaţia teoretică a lucrării o constituie iniţierea în sistemul informațional de management al dispozitivelor medicale, elaborarea structurii, bazei de date și arhitecturii sistemului informaţional de management al dispozitivelor medicale. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării constă în elaborarea, implementarea, analiza şi evaluarea eficacităţii sistemului informațional de management al dispozitivelor medicale.

The theoretical significance of the work is the initiation into the information system, development structure and database architecture virtual library of medical devices.
