Metode și tehnici de monitorizare a gazelor și a compușilor organici volatili

Abstract

Domeniul de cercetare îl constituie aspectele teoretice şi practice de realizare a unor metode de monitorizare și diagnostica neinvazivă. Noutate și originalitate astăzi instituțiile medicale din Republica Moldova se confruntă cu o mulțime de probleme în activitatea acestora dintre care o mare parte sunt legate de lipsa personalului medical și supunerea acestora la riscuri sporite de inffectare în cazul epidemiilor. Pornind de la această concluzie, s-a decis de elaborat careva metode și tehnici de monitorizare neinvaziv cu dispozitivul propus a numărului mare de pacienților suspecți cu boli contagioase. Capitolul 1 descrie aspectele teoretice ce se referă la sistemul respirator biologic și metodele de analiză a compușilor expirației și ce informație putem obține în scop de a detemina concentrațiile de interes. Al doilea capitol conține informații despre modul de funcționare a dispozitivului propus și informații despre componentele utizate și specificațiile oferite pentru acestea, softurile utilizate. Capitolul 3 prezintă descrierea a cercetătilor efectuate și testarea dispozitivului propus reprezentînd rezultatele în grafice cu 2 sisteme de coordonate ce ar explica careva idei propuse in desctiere și ar fi ca repere pentru un ghid de utizare dacă e cazul pentru a obține date cît mai veridice în scop de diagnostic. În concluzie se remarcă că scopul principal de a crea tehnici și metode de monitorizare pentru compușii organici și a gazelor din aerul expirat acestea fiind considerate ca indiciu neînsemnat pentru diagnoză dar metodele propuse fiind revoluționale.

The field of research is the theoretical and practical aspects of the implementation of monitoring methods and non-invasive diagnostics. Novelty and originality Today, medical institutions in the Republic of Moldova face a lot of problems in their activity, a large part of which are related to the lack of medical personnel and their exposure to increased risks of infection in case of epidemics. Starting from this conclusion, it was decided to develop some methods and techniques of non-invasive monitoring with the proposed device of the large number of suspected patients with contagious diseases. Chapter 1 describes the theoretical aspects related to the biological respiratory system and the methods of analysis of exhaled compounds and what information we can obtain in order to determine the concentrations of interest. The second chapter contains information about the operation mode of the proposed device and information about the components used and the specifications provided for them, the software used. Chapter 3 presents the description of the research carried out and the testing of the proposed device, representing the results in graphs with 2 coordinate systems that would explain some of the ideas proposed in the survey and would serve as benchmarks for a user guide if necessary to obtain the most truthful data for the purpose diagnostic. In conclusion, it is noted that the main goal is to create monitoring techniques and methods for organic compounds and gases in exhaled air, these being considered as an insignificant indication for diagnosis, but the proposed methods being revolutionary.
