Abstract

Scopul lucrării: Studiul proprietăților hidrofile/hidrofobe ale straturilor subțiri în bază de oxizi obtinute prin metoda de depunere din aerozoli. Domeniul de cercetare al tezei, îl constituie proprietățile hidrofile/hidrofobe și aplicarea lui în fabricarea de dispozitive electronice, protecția suprafețelor împotriva coroziuni și altele. Originalitatea ştiinţifică: Configurația gândului îmi aparține în ansamblul său a fost derivată din rezultatele experimentelor anterioare ale cercetătorilor și studenților care au lucrat cu aceste materiale.

Purpose of the paper: Study of hydrophilic/hydrophobic properties of thin layers based on oxides obtained by deposition method from aerosol. The research field of the thesis is the hydrophilic/hydrophobic properties and its application in the manufacture of electronic devices, surface protection against corrosion and others. Scientific originality: the configuration of thought belongs to me as a whole was derived from the results of previous experiments of researchers and students who worked with these materials.
