dc.description.abstract | Invenţia se referă la o clasă de compuşi coordinativi pe bază de cobalt şi dimetilglioximă, care pot să-şi găsească aplicare în calitate de biostimulatori şi catalizatori în diferite procese biotehnologice şi chimice. Esenţa invenţiei constă în sinteza compusului bioactiv trans-[Co(DH)2(Thio)2]2F[PF6], unde DH- este anionul de dimetilglioximă, iar Thio – tiocarbamida, care posedă proprietăţi de stimulator al creşterii microorganismelor. Analiza roentgenostructurală a acestui compus a relevat o îmbinare neobişnuită a diferitelor tipuri de legături chimice şi interacţiuni nevalente, precum şi o poziţionare a liganzilor, care permite introducerea într-un singur compus chimic individual a trei microelemente – Co, P şi F, necesare pentru dezvoltarea unor microorganisme, în particular a tulpinilor de micromicete din genurile Rhizopus, Aspergillus, Penicillium. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Изобретение относится к классу комплексных соединений на основе кобальта и диметилглиоксима, которые могут найти применение в качестве биостимуляторов и катализаторов, различных биотехнологических и химических процессов. Сущность изобретения состоит в синтезе биоактивного комплекса транс-[Co(DH)2(Thio)2]2F[PF6], гдe DH- – анион диметилглиоксима, a Thio – тиомочевинa, обладающего свойствами стимуляторa роста микроорганизмов. Рентгеноструктурный анализ данного соединения показал необычное сочетание разных типов химических связей и невалентных взаимодействий, а также расположение лигандов, которое позволяет введение в одно индивидуальное химическое соединение трех микроэлементов – Со, Р и F, необходимых для развития некоторых микроорганизмов, в частности штаммов микромицет рода Rhizopus, Aspergillus, Penicillium. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The invention refers to the field of the coordinative compounds on base of cobalt and dimethylglyoxime which may be used as biostimulators and catalysts of different biotechnological and chemical processes. Summary of the invention consists in the synthesis of the bioactive complex of trans-[Co(DH)2(Thio)2]2F[PF6], where DH-– dimethylglyoxime anion, and Thio – the thiourea, possessing properties of the microorganisms growth stimulator. The X-ray analysis of said compound demonstrates an unusual combination of different types of the chemical bonds and nonvalent interactions, as well as location of ligands that allows introduction into one individual chemical compound of three microelements – Co, P and F, necessary for the development of certain microorganisms, in particular strains of micromycetes of the Rhizopus, Aspergillus, Pennicillium genus. | en_US |
