dc.description.abstract Scopul lucrării: elaborarea procedeelor inovative de sinteză orientată a amilazelor extracelulare la cultivarea submersă a tulpinii fungice Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 06. Obiectivele cercetării: stabilirea exigenţelor nutritive, particularităților morfoculturale şi condiţiilor optime de cultivare a tulpinii Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 06 ca obiect cu potențial biotehnologic; optimizarea condițiilor de sinteză orientată a enzimelor amilolitice de către tulpina producătoare, utilizând ca stimulatori şi reglatori de creștere influența iradierii electromagnetice de intensitate joasă în diapazon milimetric, compuşilor coordinativi ai metalelor și nanoparticulelor; stabilirea parametrilor optimi de separare a preparatului enzimatic amilolitic din lichidul cultural al tulpinii în studiu. en_US
dc.description.abstract Цель работы: разработка инновационных методoв направленного синтеза внеклеточных амилаз при глубинном культивировании штамма Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 06. Задачи исследования: установление питательных потребностей, морфокультуральных особенностей и оптимальных условий культивирования штамма Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 06 как объекта с биотехнологическим потенциалом; оптимизация условий направленного синтеза амилолитических ферментов штаммом-продуцентом; использование в качестве стимуляторов роста и регуляторов воздействия низкоинтенсивного электромагнитного излучения миллиметрового диапазона, координационных соединений металлов и наночастиц; установление оптимальных параметров выделения амилолитического ферментного препарата из культуральной жидкости исследуемого штамма. en_US
dc.description.abstract The aim of the work: the development of innovative procedures for oriented synthesis of extracellular amylases in the submerged cultivation of the fungal strain Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 06. The objectives of the research: establishing the nutritional requirements, the morphocultural peculiarities and the optimal cultivation conditions of the strain Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 06 as an object with biotechnological potential; optimizing the conditions for the oriented synthesis of amylolytic enzymes by the producing strain, using as growth stimulators and regulators the influence of low-intensity electromagnetic radiation in the millimeter range, coordinating compounds of metals and nanoparticles; establishing the optimal parameters for separating the amylolytic enzyme preparation from the culture liquid of the strain under study. en_US
