dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la tehnologia de producere a materialelor nanostructurate, în special la procedee de obţinere a nanostructurilor magnetice, care pot fi folosite în microelectronică, spintronică sau păstrarea informației. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în fabricarea nanomatricii anorganice cu un strat de nanofire de GaAs prin metoda anodizării în soluţie electrolitică de 1M HNO3 a unei plachete de GaAs cu orientarea cristalografică (111)B sau (001), după care pe suprafaţa nanomatricii cu nanofirele obţinute prin metoda galvanostatică în soluţie electrolitică de 0,01 mol/L de FeSO4, 0,03 mol/L de (NH4)2SO4 şi 0,3 mol/L de Na2SO4 cu pH de 5,1 timp de 15- 20 s se depune un strat magnetic de Fe, formând în jurul nanofirelor nanotuburi cu proprietăţi magnetice anizotrope. en_US
dc.description.abstract Изобретение относится к технологии изготовления наноструктурированных материалов, в частности к способам получения магнитных наноструктур, которые могут быть использованы в микроэлектронике, спинтронике или хранении информации. Способ, согласно изобретению, состоит в изготовлении неорганической наноматрицы со слоем нанонитей GaAs способом анодирования в электролитическом растворе 1М HNO3 пластины GaAs с кристаллографической ориентацией (111)В или (001), после чего на поверхность наноматрицы с полученными нанонитями гальваностатическим способом в электролитическом растворе 0,01 моль/л FeSO4, 0,03 моль/л (NH4)2SO4 и 0,3 моль/л Na2SO4 с рН 5,1 в течении 15 - 20 с осаждается магнитный слой Fe, образуя вокруг нанонитей нанотрубки с анизотропными магнитными свойствами. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to the nanostructured material production technology, in particular to methods for producing magnetic nanostructures, which can be used in microelectronics, spintronics or information storage. The method, according to the invention, consists in the manufacture of an inorganic nanomatrix with a layer of GaAs nanowires by the method of anodizing in an electrolytic 1M HNO3 solution a GaAs wafer with crystallographic orientation (111)B or (001), after which on the surface of the nanomatrix with nanowires obtained by a galvanostatic method in an electrolytic solution of 0, 01 mol/L of FeSO4, 0.03 mol/L of (NH4)2SO4 and 0.3 mol/L of Na2SO4 with pH 5.1 a magnetic Fe layer is deposited within 15 - 20 s, forming around the nanowires nanotubes with anisotropic magnetic properties. en_US
