dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, bionanotehnologie, biofarmaceutică, şi anume la un procedeu de cultivare a cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis în scopul obţinerii materiei prime pentru elaborarea şi fabricarea preparatelor cu aplicare în medicină, farmaceutică şi cosmetologie. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, prevede cultivarea Spirulina platensis în prezența nanoparticulelor de Cu (5 nm) în concentrație de 3,15- 3,18 µg/L, utilizate în calitate de stimulatori ai productivității și a conținutului de lipide în biomasă. Rezultatul invenției constă în stimularea producerii de biomasă de spirulină cu până la 30% și a conținutului de lipide în biomasă cu până la 68%. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to biotechnology, bionanotechnology and biopharmaceutics, namely to a process for cultivation of Spirulina platensis cyanobacterium for the purpose of obtaining raw material for the development and manufacture of drugs with application in medicine, pharmaceutics and cosmetology. The process, according to the invention, provides for the cultivation of Spirulina platensis, using Cu nanoparticles (5 nm) in a concentration of 3,15-3,18 µg/L for the stimulation of biomass production and lipid biosynthesis. As result of the invention, the biomass production increased up to 30% and the lipid content in the spirulina biomass - up to 68%. en_US
