dc.description.abstract Conform invenţiei, se revendică compusul tetrakis(azido)-bis(izobutirato)- tetrakis(trietanolamină)-cobalt(II)-tetra-cobalt(III) sescvihidrat cu formula [Co5(is)2(Htea)4(N3)4]•1,5(H2O) (I) şi compusul bis(trietanolamină) - cobalt(II) diizobutirat cu formula [Co(H3tea)2](is)2 (II), caracterizaţi prin aceea că pot fi utilizaţi în calitate de biostimulatori ai procesului de enzimogeneză la microorganisme. Adăugarea compuşilor coordinativi (I) şi (II) în mediul nutritiv de cultivare a tulpinii de micromicete Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03 în concentraţii de 5, 10 mg/L, asigură sporirea biosintezei lipazelor sintetizate de producător cu 29,5...60,0 % în dependenţă de concentraţia aplicată şi durata de cultivare a microorganismului. en_US
dc.description.abstract According to the invention, it is claimed the tetrakis(azido)-bis(isobutyrate)- tetrakis(triethanolamine)-cobalt(II)-tetra-cobalt(III) sesquihydrate compound with the formula [Co5(is)2(Htea)4(N3)4]•1,5(H2O) (I) and the bis(triethanolamine)-cobalt(II) diisobutyrate compound with the formula [Co(H3tea)2](is)2 (II), which can be used as biostimulators of enzyme synthesis in the microorganisms. The addition of coordination compounds I and II in to the nutrient medium of micromycete Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03, in the concentration of 5 and 10 mg/L, ensure the increasing of lipases biosynthesis in the producer by 29,5...60,0%, depending on the applied concentration and duration of cultivation of the microorganism. en_US
