dc.description.abstract Se propun procedee de conservare a tulpinii Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 pe un termen îndelungat şi utilizarea acesteia ca sursă de substanţe biologic active. Procedeele constau în conservarea levurii Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20, prin liofilizarea acesteia, utilizând medii de protecţie constituite din lapte degresat şi 5....10% vol. extracte de compuși boactivi din biomasa cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis. Procedeele asigură stimularea conţinutului de proteine în biomasa levurii Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20. După un an de păstrare în stare liofilizată, conţinutul de proteine în biomasa levuriană crește cu 20,70 – 40,48%. en_US
dc.description.abstract The processes for conservation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 for a long term and its use as a source of biologically active substances are proposed. The processes consist of preserving the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 by using lyophilization with protective media consisting of skimmed milk and 5-10% vol. bioactive extracts from Spirulina platensis biomass. The processes ensure the stimulation of protein content in the Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 biomass. After one year of freeze-drying, protein content in yeast biomass increase by 20,70 – 40,48%. en_US
