dc.description.abstract | Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în special la un procedeu de cultivare a levurilor Rhodotorula gracilis, care poate fi aplicat pentru obţinerea proteinelor utilizate în industria microbiologică, alimentară, farmaceutică şi cosmetică. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în obţinerea suspensiei de levuri Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-30 sau Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-03 prin cultivare timp de 24 de ore pe mediul YPD, inocularea suspensiei în concentraţie de 5% vol. pe mediul YPD cu adăugarea nanoparticulelor de ZnO (<50 nm) în concentraţie de 20,0 mg/L şi cultivarea la temperatura de +25...28°C cu agitare la 180...200 rot./min, timp de 72 ore. Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea conţinutului de proteine în biomasa de levuri. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a process for cultivation of Rhodotorula gracilis yeasts, which can be applied to produce proteins used in the microbiological, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. The process, according to the invention, consists in preparing a Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-30 or Rhodotorula gracilis CNMNY-03 yeast suspension by cultivating for 24 hours on YPD medium, inoculating the suspension in a concentration of 5% on YPD medium with the addition of ZnO (50 nm) nanoparticles in a concentration of 20.0 mg/L and cultivating at 25...28°C with continuous strring, for 72 hours. The result of the invention consists in increasing the protein content in the yeast biomass. | en_US |
