dc.description.abstract Invenția se referă la domeniul ecologiei și biotehnologiei microbiene, în special la producerea unui preparat natural biologic activ din biomasa levurilor din deșeurile in-dustriei de bere, care poate fi utilizat în sectorul zootehnic și industria alimentară. Conform invenției, se pretinde un preparat natural biologic activ, obținut pe bază de biomasă de levuri, prin înghețarea și dezghețarea ei, autoliza biomasei în tampon fosfat de sodiu (raport 1:1), la +45˚C, timp de 8 ore, conținând: proteine - 64,6±2,6%, carbohidrați - 11,7±2,2%, lipide - 0,13±0,02%, cenușă 13,5±1,4% și se caracterizează printr-un conținut sumar înalt de aminoacizi esențiali de 55,7 g/100g de proteină. Rezultatele au fost obținute în cadrul Proiectului 20.80009.5107.16, finanțat de ANCD. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to the microbial biotechnology, especially to the production of a biologically active natural preparation from yeast biomass from the beer industry wastes which can be used in the livestock sector and the food industry. According to the invention, a biologically active, natural preparation is claimed, obtained from yeast biomass, by freezing and thawing of biomass, autolysis of biomass in sodium phosphate buffer (1:1 ratio), at +45˚C, for 8 hours, containing: proteins – 64,6±2,6%, carbohydrates - 11,7±2,2%, lipids - 0,13±0,02%, ash 13,5±1,4% and is characterized by a high summary contain of essential aminoacids of 55,7 g/100 g of protein. en_US
