dc.description.abstract Esența invenției: procedeu de cultivare submersă a micromicetei Rhizopus ar-rhizus CNMN FD 03 – producătoare de lipaze, care prevede obținerea suspensiei de spo-ri prin spălarea cu apă distilată sterilă a tulpinii crescute pe mediu malț-agar, inocularea suspensiei (5% v/v) într-un mediu nutritiv apos, adăugarea simultană ca biostimulator a metalocomplexului tetra(izotiocianat)cobaltat(II) de tris(dimetil piridin-2,6-dicarboxilat) stronţiu, cu formula [SrL3][Co(NCS)4], în următoarea cantitate, g/L: făină de soia – 35,0, (NH4)2SO4 - 1,0, KH2PO4 - 5,0, [SrL3][Co(SCN)4 0,0025…0,015, cultivarea în condiții de agitare continuă (180…200 rot/min), timp de 24h, la temperatura 28 …30ºC. Rezultatul tehnic: sporirea biosintezei lipazelor cu 13,1…79,5%, reducerea duratei de cultivare cu 24h. Rezultatele au fost obținute în cadrul Proiectului 20.80009.5007.28, finanțat de ANCD. en_US
dc.description.abstract Essence of the invention: method for submerged cultivation of micromycete Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03 – producer of lipases, which includes obtaining of spore suspension by washing with sterile distilled water the strain grown on malt-agar, inocula-tion (5% v/v) in liquid nutrient medium, addition of metalocomplex tetra(isothiocyanate) cobaltat(II) of tris(dimethyl pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate)strontium, with the formula [SrL3][C (NCS)4], used as biostimulator, in following concentrations (g/L): soybean flo-ur - 35,0, (NH4)2SO4 - 1,0, KH2PO4 - 5,0, [SrL3][Co(SCN)4 0,0025…0,015, cultivation un-der continuous stirring (180…200 rot/min), for 24 hours, at 28…30ºC. Technical result: increasing of lipase biosynthesis by 13.1… 79.5%, reduction of cultivation time by 24h. The research was carried out within the project 20.80009.5007.28, funded by NARD. en_US
