Abstract

Procedeul de prelucrare a dinţilor angrenajului precesional constă în aceea că sculei i se comunică o mişcare, care imită condiţiile reale de exploatare prin deplasări coordonate în raport cu sistemul mobil de coordonate X1Y1Z1 şi cel fix XYZ, originea cărora coincide cu centrul mişcării precesionale, iar sculei executate în formă de disc profilat la extremitate cu o rază R, i se comunică o mişcare oscilatorie faţă de axele X1 şi Y1 şi o mişcare liniară suplimentară de-a lungul dintelui sub un unghi δ ≥ 0 faţă de planul format de axele X1 şi Y1.
