dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă, şi anume la un procedeu de fabricare a vinului. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include recepţionarea strugurilor de soiuri albe sau roze, zdrobirea şi desciorchinarea acestora cu obţinerea mustuielii proaspete, macerarea mustuielii, separarea şi deburbarea mustului proaspăt, fermentaţia alcoolică a mustului, totodată, spre sfârşitul fermentaţiei alcoolice sau după finalizarea acesteia, se administrează o soluţie de levuri plasmolizate, obţinută la amestecarea levurilor uscate cu must sau cu soluţie de zahăr tos. en_US
dc.description.abstract Изобретение относится к винодельческой промышленности, а именно к способу производства вина. Способ, согласно изобретению, включает приемку винограда белых или розовых сортов, его дробление и гребнеотделение с получением свежей мезги, настаивание мезги, отделение и осветление свежего сусла, спиртовое брожение сусла, при этом ближе к концу спиртового брожения или после его завершения, вводят раствор плазмолизованных дрожжей, полученный при смешивании сухих дрожжей с суслом или раствором сахарного песка. en_US
