dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la industria laptelui, şi anume la un procedeu de fabricare a iaurtului. Procedeul, conform invenției, include amestecarea laptelui cu lapte praf degresat și cu colorant galben din petale de șofrănel, filtrarea amestecului, omogenizarea, pasteurizarea, răcirea amestecului, introducerea culturii starter pentru iaurt, termostatarea, răcirea și maturarea iaurtului. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to the dairy industry, in particular to a process for producing yogurt. The process, according to the invention, comprises mixing milk with skimmed milk powder and yellow colorant of safflower petals, filtering the mixture, homogenizing, pasteurizing, cooling the mixture, introducing a starter yoghurt culture, thermostating, cooling and maturing the yogurt. en_US
