dc.description.abstract | Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, şi anume la un procedeu de fabricare a batoanelor din fructe uscate, glasate cu suspensie de pectină. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include iradie-rea fructelor uscate şi a fructelor de pădure uscate cu lămpi bactericide, mărunţirea fructelor uscate şi măcinarea fructelor de pădure uscate, amestecarea acestora, adăugarea unei părţi de suspensie de pectină, amestecarea, după care amestecul se modelează, se taie în bucăţi şi se glasează cu restul suspensiei de pectină, batoanele glasate se usucă şi se ambalează; totodată suspensia de pectină este obţinută din pectină, acid citric, extract hidroalcoolic concentrat din fructe de pădure şi apă. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Изобретение относится к пищевой промышленности, а именно к способу производства батончиков из сухофруктов, глазированных пектиновой суспензией. Способ, согласно изобретению, включает облучение сухофруктов и сушеных лесных ягод бактерицидными лампами, измельчение сухофруктов и перемалывание сушеных лесных ягод, их перемешивание, добавление части пектиновой суспензии, перемешивание, после чего смесь формуется, нарезается на куски и глазируется остатком пектиновой суспензии, глазированные батончики сушат и упаковывают; при этом пектиновую суспензию получают из пектина, лимонной кислоты, концентрированного водно-спиртового экстракта лесных ягод и воды. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The invention relates to the food industry, namely to a process for producing dried fruit bars, glazed with pectin suspension. The process, according to the invention, comprises irradiating dried fruits and dried wild berries with bactericidal lamps, grinding dried fruits and milling dried wild berries, mixing them, adding a part of the pectin suspension, mixing, after which the mixture is molded, cut into pieces and glazed with the rest of the pectin suspension, the glazed bars are dried and packed; at the same time the pectin suspension is obtained from pectin, citric acid, concentrated wateralcohol extract of wild berries and water. | en_US |
