dc.description.abstract | Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, şi anume la un procedeu de fabricare a produselor gelatinoase dulci. Procedeul, conform invenției, include hidratarea gelatinei, amestecarea acesteia cu o soluţie de zahăr, adăugarea sucului de lămâie, spumarea, adăugarea pulberii și a extractului hidroalcoolic din pieliţă de struguri roşii sau tescovină de mere, sau tescovină de piersici, sau pulpă de dovleac, după care amestecul se omogenizează până la formarea unei spume stabile, se modelează şi se stabilizează, produsul finit se presară cu un amestec de zahăr pudră şi amidon și se ambalează. | en_US |

Способ, согласно изобретению, включает гидратацию желатина, смешивание его с раствором сахара, добавление лимонного сока, вспенивание, добавление порошка и водно-спиртового экстракта из кожуры красного винограда или яблочных выжимок, или персиковых выжимок, или тыквенной мякоти, после чего смесь гомогенизируют до образования устойчивой пены, формуют и стабилизируют, готовый продукт посыпают смесью сахарной пудры и крахмала и упаковывают. | en_US |
