dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, în special la procedee de obţinere a băuturilor nealcoolice pe bază de componente naturale, şi anume la un procedeu de obţinere a băuturii nealcoolice din fructe sau pomuşoare cu oţet din vin alb, în calitate de conservant natural. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include spălarea fructelor sau pomuşoarelor şi plantelor aromatice, mărunţirea fructelor şi plantelor aromatice, amestecarea fructelor sau pomuşoarelor cu plantele aromatice şi zahăr tos, menţinerea timp de 5 ore la temperatura de 2...4±1°C, adăugarea oţetului din vin alb pasteurizat cu o concentraţie de 5% şi temperatură de 50±1°C, omogenizarea, menţinerea în decurs de 3 zile la temperatura de 2...4±1°C, separarea părţii lichide prin filtrare, amestecarea părţii solide cu apă, filtrarea repetată, amestecarea ambelor părţi lichide obţinute şi ambalarea într-un ambalaj steril. en_US
dc.description.abstract Изобретение относится к пищевой промышленности, в частности к способам получения безалкогольных напитков на основе натуральных компонентов, а именно к способу получения безалкогольного напитка из фруктов или ягод с уксусом из белого вина, в качестве природного консерванта. Способ, согласно изобретению, включает мытье фруктов или ягод и ароматных трав, измельчение фруктов и ароматных трав, смешивание фруктов или ягод с травами и сахарным песком, выдержку в течение 5 часов при температуре 2...4±1°С, добавление пастеризованного уксуса из белого вина с концентрацией 5% и температурой 50±1°С, гомогенизацию, выдержку в течение 3 суток при температуре 2...4±1°С, отделение жидкой части фильтрованием, перемешивание твердой части с водой, повторное фильтрование, смешивание обеих полученных жидких частей и расфасовку в стерильную упаковку. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to the food industry, in particular to processes for producing non-alcoholic drinks based on natural ingredients, namely to a process for producing a non-alcoholic drink from fruits or berries with white wine vinegar as natural preservative. The process, according to the invention, comprises washing of fruits or berries and aromatic herbs, chopping of fruits and aromatic herbs, mixing of fruits or berries with the aromatic herbs and granulated sugar, maintenance for 5 hours at a temperature of 2…4±1oC, addition of pasteurized white wine vinegar with a concentration of 5% and a temperature of 50±1oC, homogenization, maintenance for 3 days at a temperature of 2…4±1oC, separation of the liquid part by filtration, mixing of the solid part with water, repeated filtration, mixing of both obtained liquid parts and packing in sterile packaging. en_US
