dc.description.abstract	Invenţia se referă la procedeele de obţinere a nanomaterialelor, în particular la un procedeu de obţinere a nanotuburilor din dioxid de titan. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include degresarea foliei de titan și anodizarea oxidativă a suprafeţei acesteia într-un electrolit, care conţine acid fluorhidric, acid fosforic și etilenglicol, la o tensiune a curentului electric de 50…150 V și o temperatură a electrolitului de -20…+50°C.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	The invention relates to methods for producing of nanomaterials, in particular to a method for producing nanotubes of titanium dioxide. The process, according to the invention, includes degreasing of titanium plate and anodic oxidation of its surface in an electrolyte containing hydro( uoric acid, phosphoric acid and ethylene glycol, at the electric current voltage of 50...150 V and the electrolyte temperature of -20...+50°C.	en_US
