Abstract

Studiul prezintă o soluție la problema asigurării confortului termic al copilului prematur în incubator prin intermediul unor produse adecvate și care corespunde caracteristicilor morfometrice și necesității de a efectua anumite activități și manipulări medicale. Soluția propusă este una din strategiile aplicate pentru a spori eforturile instituțiilor medicale, precum și ale părinților, al căror scop final este îmbunătățirea șanselor de supraviețuire și reabilitare a copiilor prematuri. Particularitățile dezvoltării fizice a copilului prematur, inclusiv sistemul de termoreglare, determină cerințele de igienă și izolare termică impuse produselor de îmbrăcăminte.

The study presents a solution to the problem of ensuring the thermal comfort of the premature child in the incubator by means of appropriate products and corresponding to the morphometric characteristics and the necessity of carrying out certain activities and medical manipulations. The proposed solution is one of the strategies applied in order to increase the efforts of medical institutions as well as of parents whose final goal is to improve the chances of survival and rehabilitation of preterm babies. Particularities of the premature child's physical development, including the thermoregulation system, determine the hygienic and thermal insulation requirements imposed on clothing products.
