dc.description.abstract The spectral dependencies of refractive indexes n0, ne and Δn=n0-ne near the absorption boundary were determined basing on transparency spectra study of thin CuGaS2 single crystals at Е||с and Е¬с polarizations. The intersection of refractive indexes at two wavelengths has been revealed at 300 K and 10 K. Band Pass Mode Filter and Band Elimination Mode Filter (comb filters) which possess thin absorption (transparency) tracks had been elaborated basing on this effect. en_US
dc.description.abstract În baza studiului interferenţei spectrelor de transparenţă ale monocristalelor CuGaS2 la polarizările Е||с şi Е¬с au fost determinate dependenţele spectrale ale indicilor de refracţie n0, ne şi Δn=n0-ne lângă marginea de absorbţie. La temperatura de 300K şi 10K a fost observată intersecţia valorilor indicilor de refracţie la două lungimi de undă. În baza acestui efect, au fost elaborate în premieră două filtre noi: „Filtru Bandă Transparentă” şi „Filtru Bandă Interzisă” (filtre de tip pieptene), care posedă linii de absorbţie (transparenţă) înguste. en_US
