dc.description.abstract Small wind speeds which are characteristic for the Republic of Moldova do not allow efficient utilization of the classical wind working elements. To increase the conversion efficiency of wind energy at speeds a new wind working element has been designed, based on combined effect of the Darrieus and Helical rotors. It has the shape of Darreus turbine with aerodynamic profile of blades in normal section. en_US
dc.description.abstract Vitezele mici ale vântului, caracteristice pentru Republica Moldova, nu asigură eficienţă înaltă de conversie a energiei eoliene cu organe de lucru clasice. Pentru a mări eficienţa de conversie a energiei eoliene la viteze V=2...5 m/s a fost elaborat un organ de lucru nou bazat pe acţiunea combinată a turbinelor Darreus şi elicoidală. Palele turbinei Darreus are profil aerodinamic în secţiune normală. en_US
