Platformă de Orientare în Carieră UTM-Jobs

Abstract

Teza de master este dedicată dezvoltării unei platforme de orientare în carieră care eficientizează atât procesele de căutare a unui job și plasare în câmpul muncii, cât și de selectare și recrutare a resurselor umane pentru companiile IT. Arhitectura modulară și utilizate facilitează integrarea pe diverse platforme de calcul, inclusiv sisteme de operare. În cadrul dezvoltării platformei și a aplicației de administrare a fost ținut cont de bunele practici UI/UX, a fost ținut cont ca produsul să fie unul cross-platform și adaptiv pe orice tip de dispozitiv.

The labor market in the Republic of Moldova is in continuous change, which requires improvements to the way universities relate to the realities of society and the introduction of more current and more effective job search methods and techniques. The aim of this Master’s thesis project consists in the development of a career guidance platform that refines both job searching, as well as selection and recruitment of human resources by IT companies. The modular architecture of the project and the used technologies facilitates the application execution on multiple computing platforms, including operating systems. The developed system complies with the best UI / UX practices. The end product is cross-platform and adaptive on any type of device.
