Strategii de dezvoltare și implementare a TIC în domeniul jurisprudenței

Abstract

În prezentul proiect a fost stabilit scopul de a studia aplicațiile automatizate de generare a documentelor existente la moment pentru realizarea ulterioară a unui sistem automatizat de generare a documentelor juridice, în asistența lucrătorului în domeniul jurisprudenței din R. Moldova.

Pe parcursul dezvoltării tezei de master au fost identificate top 5 soluții pentru eficientizarea proceselor juridice, de asemenea au fost studiate și comparate mai multe softuri de generare automată a documentelor. Au fost identificate atât punctele forte cât și cele slabe ale softurilor de generare automată a documentelor existente.

Ca și în alte domenii ale profesiilor viitorului, automatizarea procesului de lucru în domeniul jurisprudenței sporește rapiditatea, eficiența, claritatea și contribuie la concentrarea utilizatorilor asupra procesului de lucru, dar nu asupra momentelor birocratice neplăcute.

In this project, the purpose was established to study existing the automated applications for generating documents for the subsequent implementation of an automated system for generating legal documents, in the assistance of the employee in the legal field in the Republic of Moldova.

During the development of the master's degree thesis, top 5 solutions for streamlining legal processes were identified, as well as several software for automatic document generation were studied and compared. Both the strengths and weaknesses of the existing automatic document generation software have been identified.

As in other areas of the professions of the future, the automation of the work process in the field of jurisprudence increases speed, efficiency, clarity and contributes to the focus of users on the work process, but not on unpleasant bureaucratic moments.
