Metodologii de realizare a sistemelor informatice geografice de identificare a terenurilor agricole

Abstract

Scopul lucrării este de a cerceta metodele și tehnici utilizate în proiectarea unui sistem informatic geografic utilizate în identificarea parcelelor agricole în depenedență de cerențele apărute din partea companiilor agricole.

Obiectivul lucrării este cercetarea metodelor de realizare a unui sistem informatic specific mediului de afaceri în agricultură, stabilirea metodelor de implementare a elementelor unui sistem informatic în concordanță cu obiectivele identificate, conceperea și implementarea celor mai eficiente soluții tehnice de transmitere a a datelor între componentele sistemului informatic

Domeniul de studiu îl constituie aspectele teoretice, metodologice şi practice ale realizării unui sistem informatic geografic de identificare a terenurilor agricole cu scopul facilitării accesului la informație a producătorilor agricoli și sporirea eficacității activității lor din contul operativității de prelucrare a informației.

Teza de master a fost elaborată în baza materialului teoretic cu privire la cercetarea și realizarea sistemelor informatice geografice și informației acumulate de la proprietarii de terenuri agricole din zona cercetată. În primul capitol se efectuează o analiză a metodelor şi tehnicilor utilizate în proiectarea sistemelor informatice, se explică esenţa economico-organizatorică a problemei analizate, se face o analiză a sistemelor deja existente prin identificarea avantajelor şi dezavantajelor acestora. Tot în primul capitol se aduc argumente în vederea realizării unui subsistem informatic. În capitolul doi sunt elaborate metode şi tehnici moderne necesare în proiectarea sistemelor informatice GIS, având în vedere îndeplinirea obiectivelor care au fost stabilite pentru viitorul subsistem informatic. Sunt specificate informațiile de intrare şi ieşire, interacţiunea utilizatorului cu subsistemul, estimat necesarul de resurse. În Capitolul trei sunt descrise metodele și tehnicile nou concepute, utilizate în vederea dezvoltării sistemelor informatic de tip GIS.

Purpose of the paper: The purpose of the paper is to research the methods and techniques used in the design of a geographic information system used in the identification of the agricultural plots depending on the requirements of agricultural companies.

The objective of the paper is to research the methods of making a informatics system specific to the business environment in agriculture, to establish the methods of implementing the elements of an informatics system in accordance with the identified objectives, to design and implement the most efficient technical solutions for transmitting data between components.

The field of study is based on theoretical material on the research and implementation of geographic information systems and information accumulated from owners of agricultural land in the researched area. The first chapter performs an analysis of the methods and techniques used in the design of information systems, explains the economic-organizational essence of the analyzed problem, makes an analysis of existing systems by identifying their advantages and disadvantages. Also in the first chapter, arguments are made in order to create an IT subsystem. Chapter two elaborates modern methods and techniques necessary in the design of GIS information systems, considering the fulfillment of the objectives that have been established for the future information subsystem. Input and output information, user interaction with the subsystem, estimated resource requirements are specified. Chapter three describes the newly designed methods and techniques used to develop GIS-type information systems.
