dc.description.abstract	Leadership is a lot more complicated than it seems. It is not only about leading people, giving advice and taking responsibility for every member of your team. Leadership involves more things like passion, determination, hard-work, respect, focus, confidence and a bit of luck. All of these are the key to becoming a good leader. When you think that you’ve got them all, there’s always something else that you’ve missed that is as important as everything else, so you should never think that you’ve got to the top. There is always someplace higher than yours. Therefore, you should always aim higher and never stop on what you’ve achieved.	en_US
