Abstract:
To provide the increased resistance and efficiency of mechanical transfers, it is necessary to change technology of final processing of cogwheels. For grinding it is offered to use disks from cubic nitride of a pine forest with normal resistance such as LО and TO. Use of these disks on a metal sheaf allows to increase productivity of a way of grinding of wheels on 1,5-2 times in comparison with disks from electro corundum, providing the increased resistance, resistance and durability of cogwheels.
