Automatizarea înregistrării contractelor de dare în locațiune

Abstract

Scopul acestui proiect este de a oferi posibilitatea contribuabililor de a depune cererea de dare în locațiune fără deplasarea la oficiul fiscal înregistrând cererea în regim online pe portalul servicii.sfs.md.

Obiectivele principale ale acestui sistem sunt următoarele: crearea cererii în format electronic, emiterea deciziei, emiterea confirmării, emiterea recipisei, generarea notei de plată, semnarea electronică a documentelor.

Acest proiect a fost realizat pe platforma .Net în limbajul C#. Proiectarea prototipului a fost obținută cu ajutorul aplicației Experience Design, iar business procesele au fost desfășurate în limbajul UML cu ajutorul aplicației Enterprise Architect și Microsoft Visio Drawing. Datorită business proceselor elaborate, sistemul modelat poate fi analizat mai profund pentru a optimiza proiectarea și a descoperi particularitățile acestuia, astfel obținând o imagine a modelului din mai multe perspective, a tuturor actorilor, cazurilor de utilizare, obictelor, claselor și componentelor acestui sistem, a amplasării elementelor și a legăturilor dintre ele.

The purpose of this project is to offer the opportunity for the tax payers to make a rental request without going to the tax office, registering it online on the following website: services.sfs.md portal.

The main objectives of this system are the following: creating the application online, issuing the decision, issuing the confirmation, issuing the receipt, generating the payment note, electronic signing of the documents.

This project was developed on the .Net platform in the C # language. The designing of the prototype was achieved with Experience Design, and business processes were deployed in UML language with Enterprise Architect and Microsoft Visio Drawing. Due to the business processes developed, the model system can be further explored to optimize design and discover its particularities, thus gaining a picture of the model from multiple perspectives, all actors, usage patterns, patterns, classes and components of this system, the location of the elements and the links between them.
